Elihu Bogan

Elihu Bogan has lived in Montecito since 2013, where he and his wife have acquired, renovated, and developed property across Montecito and Santa Barbara. He advises from the principal's side of the table, having carried his own projects through planning, entitlement, and construction. A degree in Mathematical Economics from Pomona College, all three levels of the CFA Program, and a career in economic consulting and finance give him the discipline to read a property's economics clearly. He serves residential clients through Warmstone Estates and development clients through Warmstone SB9, and brings to each the rigor he applies to his own holdings.
